Delicious Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
* 2 frozen bananas
* 1 handful of goji berries
* 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
* Half a cup of raw muesli (no added sugar)
* Half a cup of water or rice milk
* Half to a full punnet of blueberries
* 1 tablespoon of organic peanut butter or other nut butter
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for half a minute until you reach a smooth consistency and add more water if desired.
Serves: 2
