Raw peanutbutter tart

Is nothing new that raw deserts are so good.

I made a raw tart with peanut butter. I improved it during preparation. The result was a satisfaction for my taste buds.

Ingredients

Dough

1 cup barley
1 and half cup walnuts
1/2 cup dates
2 teaspoon honey
orange zest
salt

Cream
2 bananas
6 tablespoon raw peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut
3-4 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon cacao
orange zest
cinnamon
1/2 cup dry plum

2 oranges

Dough

Hydrate the barley and walnuts in water, over night, next day let them dry. Then mix them in a food  processor with the remaining ingredients, if the dough is not sticky enough, add more dates (the variety of dates is very important)

Cream

Mix the bananas and the peanutbutter in a food processor until they are smoothie enough and then add the rest of the ingredients, except the oranges.

Cut the oranges in small pieces

Put the dough in the tart form and give it the desired shape, then put the oranges and the cream, put the tart in freezer for min 2 hours. Let it at room temperature  for a few minutes before serving.

You can serve with trust this tart at breakfast, lunch or dinner without worry about getting fat. Isn’t it great?
