Deserturile raw ma uimesc, am pornit de la ideea de a face un tortulet dar mi-am dat seama ca am nevoie de ulei de cocos si cum nu am ma gandeam ce sa fac pentru a nu mi se strica nucile de cocos asa ca m-am gandit sa fac niste tarte
Asa ca m-am apucat de treaba, m-am chinuit sa desfac minunele de nuci de cocos, cand am reuist intr-un final le-am curatat de coaja aia a lor enervanta si in sfarsit am reusit sa ma apuc de tarte:) so

Ingrediente
Blat
100 g migdale(hidratate peste noapte)
1 cana nuci(hidratate peste noapte)
jum cana de nuca de cocos razuita
jum cana de curmale

Crema
2 cani de nuca de cocos
3 lingurite de miere
zeama de la o portocala
1 banana

2 kiwi

Blatul
PRocesam in robotul de bucatarie toate si dam forma in minitarte (unse cu putin ulei presat la rece)

Crema
Procesam in robotul de bucatarie toate cu exceptia kiwi-lor

In minitarte punem kiwi taiat cubulete mici, turnam crema si dam la congelator pentru min 1 ora!Ornam cu ce vrem si ervim!sunt delicioase
