Asa ca m-am apucat de treaba, m-am chinuit sa desfac minunele de nuci de cocos, cand am reuist intr-un final le-am curatat de coaja aia a lor enervanta si in sfarsit am reusit sa ma apuc de tarte:) so

Blat
100 g migdale(hidratate peste noapte)
1 cana nuci(hidratate peste noapte)
jum cana de nuca de cocos razuita
jum cana de curmale

Crema
2 cani de nuca de cocos
3 lingurite de miere
zeama de la o portocala
1 banana
