Mint Moon Pie Ice Cream

What do you do when your girlfriend takes over your kitchen?  I don’t mean the occasional piece of lettuce accidentally dropped on the floor, or the little tomato seeds still on the sponge… I’m talking about bags of nuts and powders, 5 types of frostings in the frig, chocolate drippings everywhere, and a constant unending stock of raw Moon Pie’s and Chocolate Pecan Turtles?
